OUR BEST STREET ROD - FLAT GLASS WINDOW KIT Power window regulator kit designed to be used in street rods and older vehicles with flat window glass. This semi-custom kit includes left and right regulator and motor assemblies and 2 glass sash-channels. Sashes add strength and support to the bottom of the glass and allow horizontal movement of the rollers on the regulator making lineup a breeze. This new generation kit has extremely compact high torque motors. This kit does not include switches or wiring. Switch kit must be ordered separately. Minimum Mounting Dimensions: Measure the distance between the glass and the door. A minimum of 1 inch is needed to mount the new regulator. A minimum of 5 inches below the glass (when it is in lowest position) is also necessary for the window to have full travel. A minimum of 1 7/8 inches of door thickness is also necessary to mount the motor in bottom of door.
