• Since 1990, A1 Electric  has been providing customers with the best auto accessories, power window kits and replacement parts available.

• Our offices are located at 2301 W 205th Street Suite 101 in Torrance California.  We are open for will call, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM.   Our phone lines are open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific time.
• We maintain a large inventory of the parts we sell. Our goal is to have your parts in stock and ready to ship.
• Our sales staff is here to help you choose the correct products for your car. Our salesmen will not sell you products they wouldn't install in their own vehicles.

SUPPORT

• Besides the manufacturers technical support, we also offer technical support for many of the products we sell.  The best way to obtain technical support is via our email form.  We'll try to get you through your installation with a minimum amount of fuss.   Limited technical support is also available by telephone, Monday to Friday between 9AM and 4PM Pacific time.  Please have your invoice number ready when contacting tech support. 
• Sorry, but we do not provide support for products purchased from other vendors. 

SHIPPING

• We use UPS & the US Postal Service for shipping products.
• We offer FREE UPS ground shipping on orders over $250.00 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Orders less than $250.00 are shipped UPS Ground for $8.95 within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• Express shipping service is available at an extra charge.

• Product orders exceeding $600.00 will be eligible for a 5% discount.  Simply use coupon code 600-5% in online order checkout or ask your representative for the discount when ordering by telephone.

• Orders can be placed online through our Online Catalog & Online Shopping Cart. Our Shopping cart check out is on a secure server and orders are retrieved from the server in an encrypted form to protect your information from prying eyes.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• Credit cards are not charged until order is ready to ship.
• We also accept prepayment by check or money order.  We do not ship orders until payment is received in full.  If payment is made by check, the check will be deposited and cleared by the bank before an order is shipped.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

• All  products and accessories sold by A1 Electric Automotive Accessories carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted.
• Electric Life power window regulator and motor assemblies purchased from A1 Electric carry a 2 year limited warranty. 
• A1 Electric warrants switch kits purchased in conjunction with a power kit  (purchased from A1 Electric) for one year.  Illumination on switches is warranted for 90 days.   Switch kits purchased without a window kit  carry standard 90 day warranty.
• Warranty is for repair or replacement only at our discretion.  Defective parts must be examined prior to repair or replacement.  All claims will be evaluated within 1 business day of receipt. No other labor allowances or freight claims will be honored.
• We will return parts sent in for warranty by UPS ground service within the continental USA free of charge. Parts sent outside of the USA or by air shipment will be charged for freight.
• We will accept returns of new unused products (purchased from A1 Electric Automotive Accessories) within 20 days of purchase. Special orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all related shipping charges.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded. On orders sent out with "Free Shipping", the actual cost of shipping (noted on your invoice) will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• Please call or email us for a return authorization before returning merchandise.
• Replacement power window motors,  regulators and actuators purchased from A1 Electric Automotive Accessories and returned for credit may be assessed a 10% restocking charge.

WEB SITE ISSUES,  PRIVACY & CREDIT CARD POLICY

• This is a commercial website, which may be used only for authorized purposes.
• We will not share or sell the information you give us with anyone unless required by law. We do not share names and addresses (Physical or Email) with advertisers, email spammers or other websites. We understand and respect your privacy.
• We do not use any of the information you enter into the shopping cart for any other purpose besides completing and shipping your order.
• Credit card information is temporarily recorded on our secure server in a highly encrypted mode. Credit card information is never transferred via unsecure methods such as email.
• Credit card information is removed from the server daily and is not stored for future reference on our computers.
• A1 Electric uses cookies in it's shopping cart for enhanced functionality. Cookies are not used anywhere else on this website. Cookies placed in your web browser are set to expire in 2 days. We do not use these cookies for tracking customers.

• We reserve the right to make changes and improvements in the design of our products without incurring any obligations whatsoever to improve upon products previously sold.
