Balls premium flat glass power window conversion kit.  Used to install power windows into cars and trucks that have flat, uncurved window glass.  This US made kit has steel regulator assembly with steel tubing connecting the regulator to the motor.  No plastic tube to break on this kit.    This kit includes glass sash/channel assemblies.  The sash adds support to the bottom of the glass and the roller channel allows slight horizontal movement. This kit has high torque motors that provide fast smooth window operation. This kit does not include switches or wiring. Switch kit must be ordered separately. .  See Switch Kits for complete listings. Minimum Mounting Dimensions: Measure the distance between the glass and the door. A minimum of 1 inch is needed to mount the new regulator.  The motor section of the regulator is 2 inches thick.  If the glass is not spaced 2 inches or more from the door, a minimum of 5 inches below the glass (when it is in lowest position) will be necessary for the window to have full travel.  Maximum window travel (top to bottom) is 21 1/2 inches. Kit includes 2 regulator and motor assemblies, roller mounts, glass sash/channel and motor pigtails. This kit does not come with mounting hardware.  Depending on specific vehicle mounting, 1/4 inch bolts and spacers from 1/2 inch to 2 1/2 inches are required for installation.
